Refund
Policy
When you get money back, when you don't, and how to ask — written the way we'd want a refund policy explained to us.
Target Ad Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 52 617 483 209
1. The short version
You pay monthly in advance for management. If an engagement ends mid-month, unused whole months are refundable; the current month is worked or credited by agreement. Work already delivered isn't refundable — but you're never paying for time we didn't work.
2. What's refundable
- Prepaid future months — any full management month paid for but not yet worked, refunded in full.
- Duplicate or mistaken payments — refunded immediately, obviously.
- Undelivered setup fees — if you cancel a setup project before work starts, the setup fee comes back in full.
- Guarantee-triggered credits — where your service agreement includes a performance guarantee and we miss it, the agreed remedy applies automatically.
3. What isn't refundable
- Work already performed — audits delivered, setups completed, months already worked.
- Ad spend — media budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta and other platforms. We never hold that money, so refunds of spend go through the platform's own billing process.
- Third-party costs — stock assets, tools or creator fees already incurred on your project, where disclosed in advance.
4. The 30-day notice
Ongoing engagements end with 30 days written notice. If you give notice mid-cycle, the final month is worked in full (we don't abandon accounts) or refunded pro-rata by mutual agreement — your call, in writing.
5. How to request a refund
Email targetadsolutions@gmail.com with 'Refund request' in the subject, include your invoice number and what you're asking for. We confirm within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Exit handover
Refund or not, exit works the same: your accounts, audiences, creative and data stay with you. We revoke our access, hand over documentation, and wish you well — the industry is small.
7. Disputes
Disagree with a refund decision? Tell us — we escalate to the founder directly. After that, ACT consumer protections and the dispute process in our Terms of Service apply.
What's refundable, what isn't, the 30-day notice mechanics, how to request a refund, and what happens to your accounts and data when an engagement ends.
