Terms of
Service
The rules of engagement: how our services work, how billing works, who owns what, and how either side can walk away. Short enough to actually read.
Target Ad Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 52 617 483 209
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to using our website and to general engagements with Target Ad Solutions Pty Ltd. Signed service agreements for specific projects take precedence over this page wherever they differ.
2. Services
We provide paid media management: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic campaigns, plus related tracking, creative testing and reporting. Scope, deliverables and fees are set out in each proposal or service agreement before work begins.
3. Fees and payment
Management fees are flat monthly amounts in AUD, invoiced in advance. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms — we never hold client media budgets and never charge a percentage of spend. Invoices are due within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise.
4. Your accounts, your data
Campaigns are built inside ad accounts you own. All audience data, conversion data and creative produced for your campaigns remains yours — including if we part ways. We ask for the access we need and nothing more.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, lawful products and creative assets you have rights to use. Campaigns can't launch until tracking and billing access are in place — delays on your side shift the timeline, not the fee.
6. No performance guarantee
We commit to process, not outcomes we can't control. Specific service-level guarantees (like our 90-day CPA terms) are written into individual agreements — this page doesn't create one. Advertising results depend on market, offer, budget and timing.
7. Cancellation
Either side can end an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Work in progress is billed pro-rata. Setup fees for completed work aren't refundable — see our Refund Policy for specifics.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supply. We're not liable for platform decisions (suspensions, disapprovals, policy changes) or for indirect loss.
9. Confidentiality
Both sides keep non-public business information confidential. We sign NDAs on request — in practice, client data protection is standard for every engagement.
10. Disputes
We'd rather talk than litigate. Disputes go to good-faith negotiation first, then mediation in the ACT before any court action.
Engagement scope, fees and payment, ad spend handling, account ownership, cancellation, liability and disputes. The everyday version of what your signed agreement says.
